Donation Policy

All donations to Scholars Village Inc. are voluntary and non-refundable. When you make a donation, you are making a charitable contribution to support our mission of uplifting children, families, educators, and communities through education, mentorship, literacy, and community-centered learning.

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Scholars Village Inc. will provide a receipt for your donation for tax purposes.

Error or Duplicate Donations

If you believe a donation was made in error (such as a duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or technical error), please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at scholarsvillagefamily@gmail.com or (470) 687-8087.

We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and work with you to resolve the issue. Please provide the following information:
– Your name and contact information
– Date of the donation
– Amount of the donation
– Transaction ID or receipt number
– Detailed explanation of the error

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 7-10 business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
